Issue Summary
Adding Notes within JSM Organization page creates slowness in loading of Organization details page
Steps to Reproduce
- Create JSM Organization (preferably multiple and add them into the same JSM space).
- Add multiple notes in different organization.
- As we add more notes and more such organization within the same JSM space, all organization pages starts to load slowly with few also crashing (timing out) intermittently.
Expected Results
Organization page for the corresponding organization should load within normal response times.
Actual Results
Organization page for the corresponding organization loads slowly (sometimes crashes) within normal response times.
Workaround
Prevent using the Customer and Organization profile feature if feasible or prevent adding Notes within Organizations in the JSM space if feasible.
