Sender name in the email sent from ticket created via Virtual Agent

      Issue Summary

      As of now when a virtual agent creates a ticket in a company-managed Jira Service Management project, the confirmation email is sent from Atlassian Assist.

      It is suggested that it should also use the project's name to avoid any confusion for the end customers
