Adding Categories to Knowledge Base article throws an error

      Issue Summary

      When creating a new Knowledge Base article and adding Categories to the article, an error message will be shown:

      Article's categories not updated
      We weren't able to update the article's categories. Try again in a minute.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Space > Knowledge Base page, and in the Articles section, create one.
      1. try to a category while on that page.
      1. The error will show up. Also, the article may take hours to show up in the article list after it was created.

      Expected Results

      The categories are added to the article.

      Actual Results

      Categories are not added to the newly created article with error message.

      Workaround

      Since there is a delay in the article creation:

      1. Please try creating the article first and wait until it is shown in the article list.
      2. Then, edit the article and add the categories.
