Issue Summary
"My requests" status filter currently shows customers the names of all service desks they have access to, along with the full list of workflow status names across those projects.

For organisations serving multiple distinct end customers from one site, this may expose other customers' project names and internal status labels.
Proposed solution
Admin-configurable options to:
- Hide project names from the portal filter dropdown
- Show simplified status categories only (Open / Closed) instead of full workflow status names, as an admin toggle.
Workaround
Admins must restrict each project's customer permissions and add customers individually. This works but doesn't scale, and provides no way to hide status names while keeping projects open.
