Issue Summary

Form field translations are not rendered on the JSM customer portal, even though translations have been fully configured and marked as updated. The request type title and non-form fields (e.g., Summary/Povzetek) are correctly translated, but all form fields remain displayed in English.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to a JSM project 
• Add any language ex: Slovenian (slovenščina) language to the project/space languages
• Complete all translations for the project — no exclamation marks shown, green checkmark displayed
• Attach a form to a specific request type
• Translate all form fields to the desired  via the Form > Translate tab — status shows "TRANSLATIONS UPDATED" and "Available to customers" is toggled on
• Set personal language to the desired language
• Open the request type on the customer portal

Expected Results

All fields on the portal request form (including form fields like Description, Reason for request, Required date, Enduser device) should be displayed in the chosen langauge.

Actual Results

• The request type title  is translated correctly.
• The Summary field label is translated correctly.
• Form fields remain in English on the portal.
• In form admin translation preview, fields appear translated, and the language is marked as updated/available to customers, but this does not reflect on the customer portal.

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround for this behaviour
