Issue Summary

When using the Rovo Service feature, an error is received when trying to set the execution mode for Resolution Management.

Execution mode change error
Failed to change execution mode for the request type

Steps to Reproduce

1. User is admin on JSM space, has JSM license
2. Project has internal KB linked with articles present
3. Confluence is not on free edition
4. Rovo is activated for the instance
5. From Rovo Service, navigate to Resolution Management and set the execution mode to Supervised or Autonomous

Expected Results

Mode should be set

Actual Results

UI error is seen

Execution mode change error
Failed to change execution mode for the request type

No error is seen in console logs or HAR file.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
