Issue Summary
Currently when a work item is created via email channel the work item description, summary aren't translated to the default language configured on the project/ site. It would be nice to have this configuration so that agents can then work on these work items easily.
Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results
Translate the summary, description of the work item created from Email channel based on the default language
Actual Results
Currently the summary, description of the work item created via email channel is same as what is sent in the email.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
