Issue Summary
When creating a new CSM space the default queues for "All open", "Assigned to me" and "Unassigned issues" are not created.
This issue only impacts CSM spaces created between 23/04/2026 03:00 UTC and 28/04/2026 04:00 UTC.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new CSM Space
- Once space is created expand the Queues nav item in the space
- View Queues > Queue Settings
Expected Results
- The Queues space nav item should contain queues named "All open", "Assigned to me" and "Unassigned issues"
- The Queue Settings should also contain queues named "All open", "Assigned to me" and "Unassigned issues"
Actual Results
Both the Queues nav and queue settings are empty
Workaround
It is possible to create the equivalent "All open", "Assigned to me" and "Unassigned issues" queues manually via Queue Settings. Navigate to Queues > Queue Settings > Create queue
The JQL for each queue is:
All open{}
resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY "Time to resolution" ASC
Assigned to me
assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY "Time to resolution" ASC
Unassigned issues{}
assignee is EMPTY AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY "Time to resolution" ASC
