      Issue Summary

      The page https://<site>.atlassian.net/jira/assets/configure/global?menu=data-manager sometimes doesn't load, and it just spins forever.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open https://<site>.atlassian.net/jira/assets/configure/global?menu=data-manager

      Expected Results

      Page should load without issues.

      Actual Results

      Settings just spin forever.

      Workaround

      Refresh the page until the settings load.
