Issue Summary
When creating a rule that creates an incident ticket from a manual trigger from an alert, the responders of the Alert are automatically set, causing duplicate notifications.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an automation rule with trigger "Manual trigger from alert"
- Create an incident ticket and don't populate the responders
Expected Results
Should be the same behavior as clicking the "Create Incident from Alert" button in the UI, where responders are not set.
Actual Results
Responders are set based on the Alert Responders.
Workaround
Creating the incident manually via the UI.
