Issue Summary
Customers are unable to connect to their Sharepoint account via JSM Customer Portal - the option 'Connect to Sharepoint' doesn't show up for Customers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use a JSM Project which has a Sharepoint Site connected.
- Pick a user who has:
- Atlassian Account.
- JSM Customer Role.
- No access to any other roles or products.
- The user should also have access to files within the connected Sharepoint Site
- Use the above user's login to go to JSM Customer Portal and search for knowledge.
Expected Results
- User should be shown the relevant Sharepoint article (assuming the article is present and accessible to them).
- If their Sharepoint Account is not connected, then 'Connect to Sharepoint' link should be visible in the quick search results.
Actual Results
- 'Connect to Sharepoint' link is not visible in the filtered results.
- The relevant Sharepoint articles are not displayed.
Workaround
This happens for users who has 'JSM Customer' role only, and does not have access to any other roles or products.
Workaround is to provide access to any product (such as Jira or Confluence).
