Default column for sub-tasks panel

      Current State:

      JSM work items view has a panel for Sub-tasks. It's possible to update the Sub-task column selection but only at the user level.
       

      Proposed Future State:

      Allow administrators to set a default column selection for the Sub-task panel within JSM's work item view
