      Issue Summary

When using the /status macro on CSM (Customer Service Management) web pages, the background color of the status is displayed correctly while in the editor (Edit mode).

However, once the page is published, the background color disappears, leaving only the text or a plain outline, which makes it inconsistent with the intended design and the preview seen during editing.

      Edit:

      After published:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a CSM web page in Edit mode.
      1. Create a status using "/status"
      1. Enter text for the status and select a background color (e.g., Blue, Green).
      1. Observe that the background color is visible in the editor.
      1. Publish the page.
      1. View the published page.

      Expected Results

The status macro should retain its selected background color on the published page, matching the appearance seen in the editor.

      Actual Results

The status macro loses its background color on the published page. Only the text is visible (or the background becomes transparent/white), making it difficult to distinguish as a status lozenge.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
