Ability to enable/disable the 'Follow-up Suggestions' feature in Virtual Agent

      Current State:

      Currently the VSA has a limitation where the clarifying question and "Follow-up Suggestions" is asked, it's in "English" language and not in the user's preferred/localised language.

      Proposed Future State:

      Ability to enable/disable the 'Follow-up Suggestions' feature in Virtual Agent to avoid any confusion with "English" language follow-up suggestions.
