Issue Summary

When a maintenance policy is used to turn on a policy, the policy IS turned on, but visually still shows "OFF". 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a notification policy 
2. Create a maintenance to turn on notification policy 
3. Create an alert which would be caught by the policy
4. Notice the policy is applied 
5. Go to the policies screen, notice said notification policy still shows as off. 

Expected Results

For the policy to show as "ON" as well as actually turn on. 

Actual Results

Policy does turn on, but still shows as "OFF". 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
