Summary
Allow Jira Service Management projects to use Confluence from different Atlassian organisations.

Current State
At present, a Jira Service Management project can only be linked to a Confluence (Knowledge base) that is hosted within the same Atlassian organisation as the JSM instance. Confluence sites in other organisations cannot be selected or configured as a knowledge base for the JSM project.

Proposed Future State
Enable JSM projects to link to and use Confluence knowledge bases that reside in different Atlassian organisations.

Workarounds
No native workaround is available at this time. Content reuse currently requires manual duplication or custom integrations, both of which introduce complexity and ongoing maintenance.
