Issue Summary

If a request with a form that is already created, selecting an object from the table blocks the options for the next section of the form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a table in a Form from the rich text editor.

1. Save the form

1. Create a request.

1. Select the table from the created request 

Expected Results

The Form should display the complete list or calendar of fields without overlapping.

Actual Results

The list is broken with the next field.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
