      Issue Summary

      Form statuses on the Customer Portal are not translated and display in English, despite system and user language settings.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Ensure the Jira system default language is set to a non-English language (e.g., German or French).
      2. Set the customer/user profile language to the same non-English language.
      3. Navigate to the Customer Portal and open a request that includes a submitted Form.
      4. Observe the language of the Form's status badge.

      Expected Results

      The form status should display in the translated language based on the user's profile or system settings (e.g., German).

      Actual Results

      The form status is displayed in English.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
