Issue Summary

Syncing services between compass to JSM is broken.

Steps to Reproduce

1. If a Service is created in Compass, it should be synced in JSM and then onto Assets.
2. The JSM --> Asset sync is working.
3. While the automatic sync from Compass to JSM is not working as expected 

Expected Results

Service should be visible in JSM and Servcie schema in asset once sycned from compass

Actual Results

Service is missing from JSM Service Schema

Workaround

Once service is visible in JSM, Open JSR view ( Projects --> Operations -->Services)and dummy edit service ( no real change needed) .This will initiate an adhoc sync for the service and it will start appearing in JSM asset.
