Current State:
Currently, conversations are not displayed in Insights in the studio when the Virtual Support Agent (VSA) is used with Assist in Microsoft Teams. While the total number of conversations reflects the usage of the VSA from both the portal and the Assist bot, the interactions with the VSA within Assist don't appear in the history.
Proposed Future State:
Include conversations where the VSA interactions took place via the Assist bot and display them in the conversations report of the VSA.
