Ability to bulk decline work items from queue view

      Issue Summary

      We would like the ability of bulk declining work items from the queue view. We're currently only able to approve them.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to any queue that would show work items pending your approval.
      2. Select a few work items so you could bulk action them.

      Expected Results

      The Approve and Decline buttons should appear as options.

      Actual Results

      Only the Approve option shows up.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
