      Issue Summary

      • Space administrators can't create SLA breach notifications because this action is restricted to global administrators.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Step 1: Log in as a user with Space Administrator permissions only (no global admin).
      Step 2: Go to Space settingsSLAs.
      Step 3: Try creating or editing an SLA breach notification.

      Expected Results

      • Project administrators can create and manage SLA breach notifications for their projects.

      Actual Results

      • Space administrators cannot create or manage SLA breach notifications; the action is blocked or not available, and only global administrators can perform it.

      Workaround

      • A user with Global Administrator permissions must create or update the SLA breach notifications on behalf of the Space admin.
