Issue Summary
When you have a multi-select drop-down field added to a JSM form that is attached to a request type form on a service desk portal the results aren't returned as per the searched term. The search work in the agent view on the same field when the form is in edit mode.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a multi-select dropdow field on a JSM form.
- Attached the form to a request form
- Access the request form via the service desk portal
- Now try searching into the multi-select field options notice the search wouldn't be based on what you searched.
Expected Results
The results in the multi-select drop down field must be returned as per the "Searched" terms
Actual Results
Currently when you search in the Service Desk portal the results aren't based on the searched term and it just returns all the results available in the field as options.
Workaround
Scroll to the appropriate option and select the appropriate one
