Issue Summary
AI Ops panel (Accelerate incident resolution with Rovo Ops, Related Resources, Playbooks) takes too long to load if the ticket is opened from the Customer > Open Requests search.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to your JSM space
- From the sidebar, go to Customers
- Select a customer with open requests
- Click on the “open request”
- Open any of the work items
Expected Results
The work item loads normally.
Actual Results
The AI Ops panel takes over a minute to load when opened from that specific search.
Workaround
Open the work item from another URL, for example, by clicking on the work item key:
