AI Ops panel takes too long to load if the ticket is opened from the Customer requests filter

      Issue Summary

      AI Ops panel (Accelerate incident resolution with Rovo Ops, Related Resources, Playbooks) takes too long to load if the ticket is opened from the Customer > Open Requests search.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to your JSM space
      2. From the sidebar, go to Customers
      3. Select a customer with open requests
      4. Click on the “open request”
      5. Open any of the work items

      Expected Results

      The work item loads normally.

      Actual Results

      The AI Ops panel takes over a minute to load when opened from that specific search.

      Workaround

      Open the work item from another URL, for example, by clicking on the work item key:
