Issue Summary
The text displayed under Playbooks appears visually compressed (squashed / hard to read) when the ticket is opened within a Board in German language. When the same issue is opened in a full page (new browser tab), the Playbook text formatting displays normally and is readable.
In English, the Playbook text formatting looks normal; in German, the text becomes compressed in the in-board issue view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to a JSM Cloud site that has Playbooks configured for issues.
- Change your profile language (or site language) to German.
- Go to a board where issues with Playbooks are shown.
- From the board, click on an issue so it opens in the in-board issue view (side panel / modal).
- Scroll to the Playbooks section and observe how the text is displayed.
- Now right‑click the same issue key and open it in a new browser tab (full page issue view).
- Compare the Playbooks text display between:
- In-board issue view (German)
- Full issue view in a new tab (German)
- Optionally, repeat steps in English or another language for comparison.
Expected Results
Playbooks text should display with normal, readable formatting consistently across all issue views, regardless of:
- View context (in-board issue view vs full issue view in a new tab), or
- UI language (German, English, etc.).
Actual Results
In German UI language, when the issue is opened within a Board (in‑board issue view), Playbooks text appears compressed/squashed, making it harder to read.
Attached screenshots shows the behaviour between English and German language.
Workaround
Open the issue in a new browser tab instead of the in‑board (side panel) view – Playbooks text displays normally there.
