Issue Summary
When a user doesn't have a JSM license, they are unable to view data in Operations.
However, the error message does not specify they need to get access, it appears as though there is an issue with Operations itself - see error in screenshot attached.
This is especially confusing for customers who have migrated from Opsgenie and all of a sudden "lose" Operations.
Steps to Reproduce
- Remove JSM license
- Click on any of the Operations links (e.g. Home, or Alerts).
Expected Results
To provide info that the user does not have the appropriate access to see Operations.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
