      Issue Summary

      SLA condition "Comment: By Customer" does not re-start SLA when assignee is added as request participant.

      Steps to Reproduce

      SLA configuration:
      Start counting time when: Comment: By Customer
      Finish counting time when: Comment: For Customers

      In the above configuration, customer's comment triggers start SLA
      Then, assignee reply to the customer which stop the SLA.
      After that,add asignee in request participant then the reporter add a comment.
      SLA does not re-start calculation

      Expected Results

      SLA should be restarted even when the customer added comment with asignee in request participant.

      Actual Results

      SLA is not restarted.

      Workaround

      We recommend that the agent or assignee is not added as a request participant on the same work item, and is not part of the same organization as the customers.
      Remove the assignee from request participant will re-start the SLA.
