      Current State:

      Having the capability of delaying the JSM customer notifications.

      It would be great if we have a space specific pre-defined "Delay" setting within JSM customer notifications as it can help JSM agents to modify the comments within JSM work items and prevent sending unexpected information to JSM customers.

      Proposed Future State:

      Add pre-defined "Delay" intervals like 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, custom (similar to what we have within user specific batch notification settings) within JSM customer notifications to help space admins configure it where required and enable delaying sending notifications for public comments posted on work items to prevent sending unexpected information to JSM customers.
