Current Problem:
When an incident is created from an alert via JSM Operations, the "Responders" (Teams) assigned to the alert are not automatically populated into the JSM "Team" field.
There is no way to set "Team" field via automation or sync.
This requires manual intervention to ensure the Incident record reflects which team is currently handling the operational response, leading to data inconsistency and delayed reporting.
Suggested Solution:
Introduce a mapping option in the "Sync" settings or Automation Rules that allows administrators to define a destination field in JSM (e.g., the 'Team' custom field) for the Alert's Responder Teams.
