Add chat / virtual agent part of the request channel type filter

      Current State:

      Currently , issue created via chat / Virtual agent , it will set a API channel type. However , for this type it will also counted for issue created via the REST API.

       

      Proposed Future State:

      Create chat / virtual agent request channel type.
