Current State:

Today, Virtual agent in Microsoft Teams only works when direct message in the Assist app. It doesn't work when customer message in the request channel. The experience are not the same as Slack

Proposed Future State:

Make Virtual agent works in Microsoft Teams request channel , instead of just the Assists app

Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

No workaround
