delay Custom domain CNAME email until record generation is confirmed

      Current State:

      Provisioning customer domains in App URLS from admin sends a imiddiate notification stating the domain cannot be configured. However popup message in admin states it can take up to 30 minutes. 

       

      Proposed Future State:

      Prevent email notification from being sent for the custom domain until provisioning has completed.
