Issue Summary

When an action is performed on the work item, intermittently, personal notifications are not triggered to the Assignee or watcher correctly via Jira Cloud for Slack App.

Expected Results

The assignee/watcher should be notified via Jira Cloud on Slack for any actions on the work items.

Actual Results

Notifications are missed and not sent on slack correctly.

Workaround

As a workaround, use Channel notifications by navigating to -> Space Settings -> Apps -> Slack Integration

• Add new connection
• Add channel name (if you want to receive only notifications for yourself, just add yourself as a member to the channel)
• Click on ... -> Edit
• Under Section -> SEND A MESSAGE TO THE CHANNEL WHEN
• Issue is -> Add both created and updated
• For comments -> Add created, updated & deleted
• Save the Settings
• Try testing out with an action on the work item and it should trigger a notification to the specified channel.
