Current State:

Currently its not possible to have a resize the canned response screen if the name of the canned response is long and if you have multiple canned responses that have similar looking names then it becomes hard to identify which one is correct until you click on each of them to determine if that is the correct one to choose.

Proposed Future State:

It would be nice we can resize the current canned response as it will help agents decide the correct canned response name quickly and accordingly let them choose the correct canned response.
