      Issue Summary

      JSM Chat/Assist with Slack can't add channel using multibyte language

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira service management space(project)
      2. Space settings > JSM Chat > connect Slack
      3. Add request channel with multibyte language. (e.x. テスト)

      Expected Results

      The user can create request channel and connect to JSM chat.

      Actual Results

      The user can't create request channel with error  "Failed to create channel"

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
