Current State:

In Multi-space work:

• Users can configure filters (including quick-filters) on the board view.

• On the list view, users can also adjust filters (e.g., spaces, status, assignee, etc.) to focus on a particular subset of work.

• However, these filter configurations are effectively temporary:

• Quick-filters on the board view need to be re-selected each time the page is opened.

• Filter settings on the Multi-space work list view are not persisted as a named/saved view.

•  Users who rely on Multi-space work to track issues across multiple spaces/projects have to reconfigure the same set of filters every day (or multiple times a day).

Proposed Future State:

Introduce the ability to create, save, and reuse named filter views in Multi-space work (for both board and list views).
 

Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

users can:

Use “Configure Multi-space work” (via the three-dot menu) to set some configuration at the Multi-space level, and

Manually reapply quick-filters or adjust filters each time they open Multi-space work.
