Alert short link opened from Slack does not route correctly in Jira App

      Issue Summary

      The issue affects only the old Atlassian cloud sites with custom domains. When an alert short link is opened from Slack, it does not route correctly within the Jira App if logged into an instance with an old Atlassian custom domain site.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure Slack integration for alerting and also the Jira App if old Atlassian sites have with custom domain. (Example oldatlassiansite.customdomain.com).
      2. Trigger an alert in operations
      3. Alert populate in Slack with a short link. When clicking on the link, it redirects to login page

      Expected Results

      When clicking on the alert link from Slack, it should open in the Jira Mobile application

      Actual Results

      When clicking the alert link in Slack, it redirects to the login page even when the user is already logged in.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
