Have native status page in Service Collection Premium as well

      Current State:

      Today, Status pages natively is available only in Jira service management enterprise tier.

      Proposed Future State:

      Extend the capability to premium service collection as well

       

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

      Customers today can purchase the standalone status page application.
