      Current State:

      Currently, there's no documented character limit for incoming call auto-attendant text-to-speech, but customers have encountered a limit when exceeding 1256 characters or more than 25 prompts.

      Proposed Future State:

      The customer wishes to have this limit lifted.

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

      The workaround is to upload the file.
