Issue Summary
When creating an issue in MS Teams, the assist display includes optional fields; however, these fields are still required for issue creation when using the virtual service agent with chat.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure VSA for use in Chat
- set action in intent “Ask for information” Select a custom field
- Raise a request from MS Teams
Expected Results
Issues created in MS Teams with the assist feature should not require optional fields for submission.
Actual Results
Issues created in MS Teams with the assist feature cannot be submitted until all optional fields are populated.
Workaround
There is no current workaround at the moment
