Issue Summary

Currently if you archive the team , create an alert and in the responder field try searching for the archived team and notice that you would be able to select the archived team.

This can cause confusion and hence it would be nice to not allow to archived teams to be displayed in the dropdown for selection.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Archive an teams
2. Create an alert -> In responder field search for the archived team.

Expected Results

The archived teams shouldn't show up

Actual Results

The archived teams are searchable

Workaround

Currently there isn't a workaround.

Please note: If the archived team is mistakenly selected in responders it still would send notifications to the members of archived team as long as there are active responders.
