Current State:
The JSM widget is currently being used for a login-free portal. However, the knowledge base articles are restricted by the space settings in the JSM Knowledge Base (KB) settings. When the "Who can view" setting is configured to "All logged-in users," the KB articles do not appear in the widget search. On the other hand, setting it to "Anyone" exposes the articles to the public web. The customer would like more control over their knowledge base when using an open portal and the widget.
Proposed Future State:
Allow logged in users to use login free portal and widget for searching knowledge base articles within widget.{}
