When customers are added to the customer organization, they dissapear after the refresh

      Issue Summary

      When customers are added to a customer organization or the customers page in the JSM project, they seem to disappear after the page is refreshed. This isn’t just a timing or delay issue — even after several hours, the customer still doesn’t show up in the organization or on the Customers page.
       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Project > Customers Page > Organization
      2. Add a customer a Customer 
      3. We see that the the customers email id refrects immediately.
      4. Refresh the page and the customer accounts disappears.

      Expected Results

      The instance should keep the customer account information after its insertion.

      Actual Results

      The customer accounts just disappear and that's not possible to use it.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
