Workday automation components are not returning worker detail objects with myworkday.com domains

      Problem

      Workday automation components are failing to return worker detail objects and are generating errors, prompting the customer to contact Atlassian support. The automation rule is indicating a 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to execute a custom Workday request.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a rule with a Workday action
      1. Use Retrieve worker details from Workday
      1. Use Send custom Workday request

      Expected Results

      As per the doc, myworkday.com domain should work.

      Actual Results

      There are issues when using myworkday.com. Meanwhile, workday.com is working fine
