      Issue Summary

The View in portal link is broken in service projects after a Data Center/Server-to-Cloud migration. For affected customer instances, the link does not open the request form in the portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Project settings > Request types.
      2. For any request type, click More actions (three dots) > View in portal.
      1. The link opens a page that shows an error stating that the page doesn't exist.
      1. Go back to Request types, click More actions (three dots) > Edit, and then click View in portal from the edit screen.
      1. This time, the correct request form page opens in the portal.

It appears that the Request types > View in portal link is using the serviceDeskId when it should be using the portalId.

      Expected Results

Clicking More actions (three dots) > View in portal from the Request types page opens the correct request form in the customer portal.

      Actual Results

The View in portal link from the Request types page is incorrect, and the request form does not open in the customer portal. Instead, an error page is displayed indicating that the page does not exist.

      Workaround

      Open the request form via:
More actions (three dots) > Edit > View in portal from the request type edit screen.
