      Issue Summary

      Virtual Service Agent widget only appears after a page refresh when embedded in a custom web page. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. The Virtual Service Agent widget only appears on our website once a site visitor refreshes the page. This occurs across all browsers, including incognito, and devices.

      We used the direct HTML snippet for embedding. We don't know when this bug appeared.

      Expected Results

      VSA Widget to appear on web page load.

      Actual Results

      VSA Widget appears on web page load after refresh.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
