Issue Summary

After creating a new stakeholder group, that's not possible to find the same in the Stakeholder field in incidents using the search.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new stakeholder group named: Test Limited Stakeholder
2. Add stakeholder users to it.
3. Try to find the new group in the Stakeholder field in an incident.

Expected Results

When using the search field for the stakeholder and filtering by "Test Limited Stakeholder" we would like to see the group available for usage.

Actual Results

When searching for the full name of the group, it returns no results. Using the example name "Test Limited Stakeholder", when searching for "Te", the group appears, but when search for "Tes" the group doesn't appear.

Workaround

Use only the first or the first two letters from the stakeholder group name and find it in the list. Three or more letters doesn't fetch the groups.
