Issue Summary

Ability to view Major incident options in Automation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Automation
2. Edit work item > Choose fields > Major Incident > drop-down options

Expected Results

We should be able to view Yes and No options under the Major Incident on the UI. 

Actual Results

The UI currently displays blank options instead of 'Yes' and 'No' for the Major Incident toggle.

Workaround

You can use first blank option as Yes and second black option as No.
