      Issue Summary

It is not currently possible for the admin to set a default view for the change calendar per service project/space. We would like to ensure each change calendar shows the changes relevant to that specific project/space only.

From the documentation, this is what we see:

Project admins can also define a default calendar view for their team by adjusting the JQL filters and selecting Set view as default option. Once set, this default view is shown to all users in the service project whenever they open the change calendar. Users can still modify the calendar filters for their own session.

Using JQL specific to a space and using 'Set view as default' button in Change Calendar's Admin view settings however makes the same JQL be reflected in change calendar of other service projects as well.

So, the default view when set for one project also applies to another project.

The default view is supposed to be per project and not shared across projects.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Use a JSM Space wherein Change Requests are enabled.
      • As an admin, navigate to Service Project > Operations > Change calendar.
      • In the JQL section, enter your desired JQL with that specific project and click Search and set it as the default view on Change calendar by clicking the 'Set View as default' in Admin view settings.
      • Now navigate to another service project and go to Operations > Change calendar.
      • Note that the JQL that was set earlier with the first project, is shown.
      • Refresh the screen. There is no change. The second recording (After refresh.mov) was taken the next day. I do show that a refresh does not help.

      Expected Results

      • The default view setup in one project should not reflect in another project

      Actual Results

      • The default view setup in one project persists in another project as well. Refer video attached.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
