JSM Email channel settings are unavailable if all Request Types have required fields

      Issue Summary

      If all Request Types of a given project have required fields (other than Summary and Description) the Email channel settings fail to appear with error "Something went wrong on our end"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On a JSM space, modify all request types to have at least 1 REQUIRED field on their Request Form, other than Summary or Description
      2. Attempt to Access the JSM Email channel settings

      Expected Results

      Access Mail Channel settings page

      Actual Results

      Page Fails to load with "Something went wrong"

      Workaround

      Have at least one request type with visible Summary and Description fields. All other request type fields must be optional.
